This light box does it is occupation well. Plenty of light to shine through layout bond paper. Amazingly, the light distributes pretty equally giving careful consideration to there’s only 1 florescent bulb centered in the middle of the box. I’m impressed with this item’s performance. My only gripe is that it looks like it’s made from poor metal, and when I opened mine, there was a piece rattling around loose inside the box area. I unscrewed the top, and a small metal square had fallen out of its slot. It is one of the 4 pieces (1 for every each that slides over the edge of the box to have a buffer amongst the box and the top slate. There’s a hole in each of the 4 pieces for the screws to go through to hold them in place. This 1 piece is damaged though; it looks like when the hole was made it split the metal so the screw may no longer hold its When I recompense this much for an item, I anticipate it to have been inspected for small things such as this, but I guess not. I just kept it since I necessitated it for a project due this week. And otherwise this light box is great. I was just disappointed in quality control.

the gagne light box is very well built. it is cool to the touch even after sorting hundreds of color slides. the design is very advanced and fits with most modern desk items. the top is plexiglass and may be easily substituted whether or not damaged. we will use it for drawing and tracing patterns when we are completed with our color slide sorting project. we were going to buy the photo slide sorter, but that has limitations. that product only does slides. this gagne product has a dual, maybe a triple purposes color slide sorter, detailed pen and ink drawings, and transfers to different types of material. we are exceedingly happy with the productions you can’t get any better service than from amazon and its affiliates.

I take pleasure in my new light box I bought through Amazon. It is just the right size and can use it on my table just fine. It is vivid enough so that I can see via to trace my items just fine also. I use it primarily for my quilting blocks. I am very happy with my bought Very quick shipping.

It seems to work just fine. A little awkwardly tall, so make certain your surface is low enough to draw/work on.
