Bought these with intentions of taking holiday pictures of my son and family. I’m just an amateur so I wasn’t expecting miracles but these lights unquestionably helped formulate a much better photo than I had in other efforts of presented photos. They are a nice quality for the highpriced The stands are very sturdy and no matter how a good deal of times I bumped into them, they remained stationary! Overall very pleased with my buy and hope to improve even more as I learn more. Next step numerous professional looking back drops!!

I am an amateur photographer and percentage time YouTube vlogger. I bought this kit to improve on my studio shots and my high def video quality. So far I am very pleased with the quality and build of the setup. Two of the stands are adaptable up to 7 feet, which comes in genuinely handy to light above your subject (unless your shooting a basketball team). The whole things breaks down into a nice size. My only wish is that it came with a carrying case. It did not say it came with one, but now having had it for a while, I might look for one. whether or not this is set up in a studio or room all the time, then no concerns on a case. Was shipped quickly and was shipped a “box in a box” for added protection. I would recommend this to any novice to intermediate photographer/videographer!!

The quality is OK, and it does the job. whether or not the lights are not bright sufficient for you, get a double end socket and add one more bulb (which I did). I played with it a small bit with photographying wedding gowns on Mannequins, works great.

It is rather sturdy, though not as sturdy as the ones you see in the professional studios, but think regarding the price! Also, it is very portable.

Last but not the least, the seller’s service is great. When I received the shipment, I found one of the two 7 ft Lightstands has a defect. The locking screw on the base does not lock, it keeps turning when I tried to tighten it, but never locks. I sent an email to the seller, he sent me a replacement right away.

Overall, I am very happy about this order.

I bought this set not long back to step into the world of Portrait Photography. I wanted something cheap, obviously, but as well something that would give me at least an idea of whether or not I was going to be competent to fabricate fair pictures.

First off the cons, because tradition dictates “bad news first” right?:

1. No instructions, none, nada, zip, zilch. So, this seems odd BUT there actually isn’t all that much to it is There are such a good deal of videos around on youtube for similar sets, if not this one, so you might figure it out effortlessly enough.

2. Sturdiness. its not so sturdy. However, if give proper care it is not frail. I have set up and broken down the set 3 times now and it does well enough. The light stands are not so bad on the sturdiness scale, just be careful around the back drop stands.

3. The bag is only for the back drop stands. Now, this is most likely my fault, but I was thinking the bag would be for the whole set. Again, not a deal breaker at this pricey

The goods, yay!:

1. The lights are “sufficient.” If you have no ambient light in the area you may get the results you want with this set up. You may have to get the lights closer than you would think, but you may light a subject well enough.

2. The backdrops, while not very thick, do their jobs as well. Just be sure you have an iron to get the creases out when you get ready for basi utilized

Overall this is a swell kit for starting out with portraits. It will give you an idea of both you and your gear’s capabilities.

I don’t think this set could get any better for the highpriced I didn’t realize when I purchased it that is was the ephoto brand, but I’m glad because the bad reviews for that product had deterred me. I wanted a nice portable studio with lighting that I could put up and take down easily because I do business out of my home. I was impressed with the lights! I do plan on at long last becoming such a lot of reflective umbrellas, but the bulbs and stands alone are more than worth the expensive The backdrops are slightly see-through as all muslins are. I hung them together using clips as a quick repair and they were not see through at all that way. Love the stand, its very versatile for dissimilar sizes that may be needed. I make it very little for baby shoots and very huge for adults. You may want more spectacular muslins if you are doing a family shoot though. The stand gets wider than what is pictured, it kept the muslin as pictured using only 3 crossbars but it comes with 4. Held my paper backdrops well. I do my shoots inside but the stand didn’t fall over or move at all. Lightweight enough to carry with you, but the lights would be more difficult to take along without purchasing a bag for them. over all, I love, love, loved this! perfective for a basi set if you have no official studio.

I am an amateur photographer, and I was searching for a kit to get a little more severe with my hobbie. This kit was wondrous for me, at this highpriced When I was setting everything, at original all the lights turned on, but of a sudden one of the big ones burned, I still don’t know why. Now here I am, with a wonderful kit, and only two lights. I guess, I’ll have to get another one, hopping not to have the same experience.

Package came in a huge box. Extra care was taken when packaging blubs, they came not broke! Kit I recived came missing the background light bracket for the bulb. The back drops we a little see through though. Overall- somewhat happy!

So far, the item appears in working order. Used it for a couple photos so far and no complaints. Lights subject well enough. Will see how it contains up with more applied

I bought this studio in December as a starter kit. I am new to studio photography so I wanted to buy a cheap kit and see where it would take me. I utterly LOVE it! The backdrops do have a tendency to wrinkle since they are muslin fabric, but other than that everything about this kit is perfect for me. I own a photography company so I need to be able to shoot with a good amount of dissimilar variety. With the two lights and back light it gives me access to different lighting proficiencies and styles. I would recommend this to anyone getting started with studio photography. This was the first large purchase I made as an amateur photographer trying to get her feet off the ground, and I have to say that the quality of my portraits are amazing! The backdrop took such a good deal of messing around with because it’s slightly transparent but after doing such a great deal of research I found that this is usual with muslin backdrops. The lighting wasn’t PERFECT at first but all it took was in the right way angling it (which I am still learning seeing as I’m not quite proficient at portraiture yet) Given the fact that it didn’t come with instruction it was easy to piece together. I looked it up on youtube (to make sure I did correctly-which I had) and they DO have a tutorial on how to formulate the backdrop. The only thing I lack now is a case for the lighting. Overall I am extremely pleased with this setup particularly for the price I purchased it for. I didn’t anticipate sheer perfection or “high-end quality” product, but for what was paid, I believe it is an EXCELLENT addition to my setup. Thank you!
