I would expect a wine opener to be able to open a bottle of wine. The packaging was a mess leaving the wife and I searching for missing parts. We decisive to attempt to open a bottle of wine. After 3 tries we gave up. It fundamentally pushed the bottle out the bottom of the opener with the cork still in tact. I would rather pick the cork isolated with a toothpick.
