Polyester Embroidery Thread Set Spools

This is a outstanding option for you and your machine. It’s hard to find thread sets at a good highpriced This set is VERY good quality, it doesn’t snap as easy and the colors are vibrant.

People who were commenting that they were having disturb upset and thence thread waste) because the spools don’t have a rim where you can insert the thread after cutting. I found a possible resolution that can be very helpful. Cut a diagonal slit on top with a knife to insert thread and refrain from unraveling. MAKE SURE THE SLIT IS SLANTED OR DIAGONAL….IT’S BETTER THIS WAY (thank you nice lady at Beverly’s, San Jose for the diagonal idea ) . amazon as well sells mesh to protect your spools but this is a good way and economic way to preserve your thread. I added galore pics so you can have a visual. I hope this helps.

I recently bought the Brother SE350 Computerized Embroidery-and-Sewing Machine and needed a selection of threads for the embroidery feature. These made a swell selection and I have cherished the assortment of colors.

On embroidery a particular thread is employed in the bobbin, so these 500 meter spools go much farther than you may expect, and they have worked well in my machine.

When I took the plastic wrapper off of the primary spool, a hunk of strands came off. Worse, as I was feeding it through my sewing machine, the thread held getting tangled. I don’t think they’re wound in the right way at the manufacturing level. In addition, the plastic cores of such a heap of of the spools were jagged; my thread kept getting caught as it was unwinding from the spool into the sewing machine. The colors are vibrant and pretty, but the poor quality of the plastic core will keep me from purchasing in the future or recommending to fellow quilters.

The thread it’s self is good but the spools they are on is not very good. There is no where to secure the end of the thread so I have to continually rewind it is On various occasiions the thread became tangled so I had to cut and throw away such a good deal of of it is

Good thread, but the cardboard spools let the threads unwind off the ends too easily. such a heap of tangling, but good quaily thread.

I’d like to begin by saying I am a brand new embroider using an older machine… my experiance might based on those 2 facts alone, nonetheless I find it unlikely.

I decisive to make my sister a baby blanket, need a quick quilt design, decisive to embroider such a great deal of of the blocks to give it a little more specialism… I picked 2 of the pink colors in this kit and decisive to do 16 blocks using just those 2 colors.

The first 8 were wonderful… they turned out perfective and I couldn’t have been happier… but then the tread started coming off the spool too quickly, causing my machine to jam, my blocks to get eaten, and me alot of frustrations I tried the webbed spool thing, which worked good for the next 2 blocks, but then it went back to coming off too quickly or wouldn’t come off the spool at all… both causing jams and my blocks to get eaten… I at long last managed to get 1 more block out of the thread (after several failed attempts) before redesigning the entire quilt so that I wouldn’t have to do the last 5 blocks.

I checked my machine by using a spool of embroidery thread bought locally and had zero issues with jams and block eating… so I would say this thread is good for a few small projects, but that is its Because of this I will not purchase again and will most likely do one or two blocks per color and throw the rest away.

Being a neophyte to machine embroidery I was nervous regarding buying thread with such mixed reviews. I was concerned that my limited skills needed as few fences to success as possible. That said, every time I did the math, the cost of competing thread was triple. So I did such a heap of research, read the other reviews & discovered:

1. Shiny polyester thread is silky and slick. That’s why it’s so beautiful on your shirt & also why it’s slippery on the spool. You need a thread net to keep it on the spool. My new Singer Futura Quartet came with 2 thread nets and directions that you need to use them for embroidery thread. I disseminate the nets open and slid them on every spool (up from the bottom) before I put the thread on the machine. This works great. The thread comes off like a charm & doesn’t unwind all over the place.

2. You MUST remove the spool cap before using the spool on your machine. Once I forgot to do this & the thread broke repeatedly. I take the cap off and stick it on my bobbin winder to hold it till I’m done with sewing.

3. Every embroidery expert talks with regards to the fact that small spools of thread will tend tangle (or remain remain whether or not you don’t give them time to unwind. If you give the thread a longer path to unwind before they through your machine the thread will work better. I’ve bought a Dritz cone thread holder as recommended; however, I’ve not applied it as the thread nets solved ALL my troubles from day one.

4. Threadnet has a conversion chart available on their websites Thus, no worries with regards to which thread color to pick…

If your interested, there’s a you tube video showing how to make your own thread nets by recycling your assist hose. I’ve not tried that, instead, I use the same net for each spool as I put it on the machine. For storage, I slap a piece of scotch tape over the loose end of the thread so it doesn’t unravel for the duration of storage. Again, you can’t beat the pricey No one has questioned the quality of the thread. I just followed Singers recommendation and used a thread net.

The polyester thread set is just awful. The spools are falling aside the moment you open them. Some of them were already messed up. Then the threads get caught up on themselves when the sewing maching is working, and the needles are breaking. about 2 needles break in 2 minutes.

This is unlike any experience I have with any kind of thread spools each

I was hesitant to get these because of some of the reviews I read, but I didn’t have the cash to spend on the more expensive ones at the time. I haven’t had numerous issues with this thread at all. In fact per a suggestion from another reviewer I netted the spool and ended up having issues. I took the net off and it worked fine! Great buy for someone who actually only needs a bunch of colors to monogram or embroider names on things. I love them!

I bought this thread thinking it was a nice assortment of colors and a good price but when I tried it on my embroidery machine it knots very badly. It has messed up my machine two times. I will be tossing it is

Airbrush Decorating Dual Action Compressor Americolor

Just starting out airbrushing and the results I have seen so far are fantastic. I have done 3 cakes and applied multiple colors. It took a bit to get utilized to, but once you figure out how to control the flow of the color, it works very well. The colors produced are much bolder and more bright that possible by coloring the icing. I will buy another from this company when I wear this one out.

This airbrush came on time according to the shipping estimate, neatly packaged. When it came to put it together, I was shocked to find only the elements schematics, not one thing at all on assembly. I piddled around with it for an hour attempting to figure out how the hose was to connect to the compressor. Eventually I got online and did such a lot of generic searches on the airbrush, watched a couple YouTube tutorials, and turns out one of the threaded couplers pulls apart, so you have two, that screws onto the compressor and then you snap the hose onto that.

The airbrush itself is very good. You have a lot of control and get good coverage of your colorant. It is easy to clean, and has a nice storage case.

Overall a outstanding buy!

This airbrush is swell whether or not you want to do little projects. After my basi three cakes I began to have massive problems with the compressor and the Gun. This is outstanding whether or not you’re planning to air brush a few cupcakes and possibly a birthday cake or two but if youre baking a wedding cake or airbrushing fondant models etc DO NOT BUY. Spend the extra cash on a more commercial one. I feel like I’ve wasted money on this. I ought to be competent to plug it in after a few minutes to build the pressure be able to get coherent results every time. With this I can not be sure from one day to the next if it’s going to work and any project that will take more than twenty minutes- forget its The compressor is just not made for that.

This was a gift for my sister’s birthday. She’s been making cakes for several years and was fascinated in a simple airbrush machine. This was in truth reasonably priced as yields outstanding results. Her cakes look awesome.

My wife have been doing cakes for a while now .She perpetually wanted to get airbrush but was spectacle with regards to its applied This one caught my eye ,the price is amazing and it looked ok for a firstborn buy and occasional decorator. She just loves it . she had it for 2 weeks and have already applied it on 6 cakes . I cannot believe she took this long to decide. This is the best buy ever .Its easy to use and store.

Yay! A machine that is cost efficient, but works GREAT! I love my new airbrush! I was rather nervous because this was one of the most inexpensive machines I found online, but it works like a charm! Very consistent spray and easy to use! The only down side is it does not include instructions on how to hook it up. Once I called the aid however, I found it was so easy my 4 year old could do it without a problem!

Bought it for my cake embellishing and I was expecting it to come in a day later than when I got its I absolutely love it, amazing!

I love this airbrush. I use it for cardmaking and scrapbooking. The feed color works just as well on paper as it does on icing with no water soaking or paper curling. Love it, love it, love it is

I purchased this airbrush as a new addition to my cake decoration arsenal. I was a little leary on the quality because of the low price, but I decisive to order it is I was enjoyably surprised, as I have owned a higher priced airbrush for other artwork creation in the years past. This Master airbrush works great. It is easy to operate and the little air-compressor that comes with it works well too.

I had to disassemble it twice since I got it to genuinely clean it out, but that is only becuase I’m using food coloring that has flakes in it, like Gold Shimmer.

I recommend this airbrush for the amateur or the professional cake decorator as it will be an affordable addition to your cake decoration toolbox.

I purchased this for my daughter in law who likes to decorate cakes and cupcakes. she was very delighted to get this and i made sure that I had a couple of cakes made for her to play on after opening this up. I had such a lot of used stencils around the house that she used and by the time she got to her second cake she was doing numerous free hand decorating with its The reason I didn’t give this a 5 star was because it doesn’t come with very good instructions. MY son was able to figure it out for her on hooking it up. I love that everything fits into a nice case for storage and portability. We are now trying to figure out the best way to keep this cleaned. For the price and for no more then what she will use it for it is a great item.

Quartet Aluminum Lightweight Telescoping 51E

I purchased it because we necessitated a portable easel to hold a melamine board that was roughly 3.5 x 4. It was too light weight and while it said it could hold 25 pounds (our board was 18 lbs) I felt it was over stated and it was not suited at all.

The easel was delivered promptly. Service was good. I was just very disappointed in the products

Considering that these are sold at Walmart for $80 each, I took a peril and ordered two. They arrived intact, and are VERY easy to applied While they are not the sturdiest, they do assist a big arid erase board, and grant you to write and erase with out too much difficulties…

I ordered this for our office employed We needed a big whiteboard but we did not have the cash for it is So I came up with this idea of buying a tripod and a whiteboard separately to meet the budget. It surely may hold the whiteboard yet far from being a sturdy support. To look at it, you’d think it shouldn’t cost more than $15. Such item finds its use largely for business, which is in all likelihood why it may be priced so high.

Though not sturdy. It is extremely light, look very cheap, but it does work.

Three stars is enough.

The Good – On first inspection, these easels look good, not swell simply good. They are light weight, I’m hoping the lay claim to assist 25# of weight is genuine true is why I chose this easel over others). The 2 slides that aid the weight are 2.5in so your frame may be when it comes to 2.25″ wide. They snap down and remain put with tension, which I anticipate will loosen in time–hope it withstand at lease a year of readjustment, but by the looks of things, I doubt they will . They are light weight which is real nice.

The Bad – the tightening mechanism that contains the height of the 3 telescoping legs is cheap. I couldn’t tell whether or not I was tightening or loosening or anything for that matter, there is very little movement that may be felt. When I looked closely I noticed a double sided arrow indicating it’s what tightens/loosens and holds the legs in place. Again, it looks real cheap and I know that in time I’ll need to find a way to keep the legs from sliding (I don’t trust they’ll help the 25lbs so I’m packing a roll of electrical tape just in case).

I chose this easel over the others because of the claim to support 25lbs and the highpriced The $46 price is a bit much, I would have liked a carrying case. In a couple of months I’ll update my review.

The best allocation of ordering these easels is that I placed the order on Saturday, they were to be delivered thru Amazon Prime by Wednesday, I obtained them today Monday around 4pm. AWESOME!

This easel is sturdy, easily holding 3′x4′ arid erase board. It’s easy to store and set up.

Nevertheless, a fine little unit which looks outstanding on the countertop, contains the set-point temperature perfectly, and makes perfectly no noise whatsoever.

I purchased this from Home Depot for my mom as a Christmas present last year. It has just stopped working (the display and light still work but it simply will not get cold). So here I am thinking that I am still within a 1 year warranty. Well I went to the manual and of course the warranty was something like 60 or 90 days. That’s incredible for a $150 products An undertake to contact Vinotemp through their web site went unanswered. Just buy this product at your own danger and see whether or not you can perchance purchase an extended warranty through a supplier like SquareTrade or something.

Wine cooler has nice appearance and seems to hold prescribed temperature well, but lower portion of packaging virtually totally split up from unit in transit.

Be cautioned before purchasing anything from Vinotemp, as their client service policeis are less than client friendly. I obtained the VT-6TEDS model, via UPS. Box was in perfective shape, with no sign of damage or shipping related problems. Looking as whether or not everything was in good order, I wrapped the box, and presented to my wife as a Christmas gift. Upon opening the box, we ran into that the stainless steel door had such a good deal of scratches and a large rub mark. The condition was so bad, at first we were confident that there must be a protective film on the door – nope, there was not one thing to protect the surface. Vinotemp’s client service division did not one thing to assist, other than to site a conditions and terms policy, stating that a customer has -4- days to notify them of damage, otherwise you except the productions Well, since I didn’t open a perfective box, and look more almost at the product, Vinotemp would take no duty for the troubles They seemed to be more fascinated in placing blame on the shipping company (UPS). Upon closer inspection of the cooler, I am now convinced that what I was sent was a returned or refurbished unit. The protective film was missing, UPC or serial number had been cut and got rid of from the manufacturer’s box, and give rise to date was Oct – 2006 (seems odd that their inventory is 5 years old – have to wonder how that would have impacted long term performance). This unit distinctly looks as if it had been used. I escalated to a Vinotemp VP, who in addition held firm to the “you didn’t tell us within 4 days” stance, and refused to support in any way, even though I advised that this was a gift, and that I had no idea that there even was a -4- day notification period period had the product for regarding 12 days before calling customer client – in fact, my paperwork from Vinotemp does not state any such policy. So, the message here is BUYER BEWARE. Vinotemp will try to devert obligation for any problem to you, the shipper, any individual but themselves. In my experience, they entirely failed to stand behind their product, or attempt to satisfy a customer in any way. I can only wonder what type of service I would have obtained if the unit were to malfunction for the duration of the 12 month warranty period.

When the package arrived the door was not attached. I fixed it without too much attempts Since then the door has come off once underneath normal used Other than a those two issues with the door I’m very happy with this wine fridge.

The Wine Chiller acually heats up instead of cooling down. I plugged it in and it started out at 71 degrees (room temp). It slowly rose to 84 degrees before I decided to unplug it is I called the Vinotemp company and was directed to voice mail with a message that the voice mailbox was wholly I left an email message with regards to my difficultnesses I never received a response.

Panda Portable Compact Washing Capacity

First off, I have to preface this by saying I have bought the Wonder Washer and was principally disappointed. This thing is a 100x better than the Wonder Washer. I own both and could not believe I wasted my money on the other washer. My needs were simple – a small washer that could wash normal items like jeans, sheets, pillow cases, bath towels… you name it is This is the washer that might do it is whether or not you are living in a small apartment or are on a budget and are tired of schlepping clothes to the laundry each week or the endless hunt for quarters – this is for you.

The washer is the perfective size to sit on a counter top. I put mine on my kitchen counter next to the sink when I need to do the laundry. The washer is in truth fairly lightweight and comes with an easy carry handle, so moving it is not difficultness It as well has a top fill hole with a hose. I strongly recommend swapping the hose it comes with with a REAL hose. Go to your local aquarium supply or hardware store and purchase one. I think it takes a standard 1/2″ hose. Any high quality flexible rubber hose or PVC hose will have to do. You will in addition want a faucet adapter or something to fit cozy into your faucet. For me, the aquarium hose I had worked perfective and was competent to wedge into my faucet spigot tight sufficient to concede easy filling. The drain works fine. You may see it hanging on the right of the stock photo of the unit. I didn’t even realize the unit had a fill hose and drain until it arrived. I guess I missed it in the description, but it works great.

The washer itself is just the right size. The motor is amazingly strong. You may easily throw a beach towel or something like a queen size duvet sheet in there and wash it is It pulls through like a champ. Jeans work outstanding too. To give you an idea, the 5.5lb ability is with regards to a regular men’s pair of jeans or a single queen size duvet sheet or with regards to two queen size flat sheets or two regular bath towels. It is more with regards to wet water weight than anything. So if it absorbs a lot of water and gets heavy quickly, it may slow down some. A large sheet may be done, but you will need to fill the tank to 3/4 capacity with water before you add the sheet. Then push it below water so that it is covered. The key on more spectacular items is to make certain there is sufficient water so that it constantly spins freely. So keep that in mind. Anything littler like shirts, khakis or anything else will be a breeze.

You will have to do multiple loads or get applied to doing loads daily. But the comfortableness to me is worth it is My apartment was littler and did not come with any hookups. The nearest laundry is regarding 3 miles away and closed early. I was always calling for rolls of quarters and the local store was out or didn’t have enough to spare. So things just never seemed to work out right for anything laundry associated being convenient. This was the perfective solution.

Also do yourself a favor and purchase the sameness spun dryer. It is to the full or entire extent worth its If you have to choose one, buy the dryer first. The dryer will not get your clothes 100% dry, but it does away with a good 80-90% of the water to the point things are more or fewer damp. So a quick 10 minute air arid may ordinarily arid your clothes after that (besides jeans that is).

I was very hesitant to purchase the machine, exceptionally since there were no reviews yet on amazon. I was leaning towards buying the electric wonder washer but it only held when it comes to 2 pounds of clothes. Since this panda machine held 5 pounds, I decided to cross my fingers and go for this one. I just obtained it and have only done with regards to 4 loads in it and I’m very impressed. The machine is made of good materials, alot of dirt comes out of the clothes, and the smelled very nice and looked clean coming out. You can fit rather alot of clothes in there too like 8 t-shirts and a bunch of undergarmets, and pajamas or a couple pairs of jeans and shirts.

In the instructions, after the wash cycle (that can be set anyplace amid a minute-15 minutes depending on how soiled the clothes are ), it recommends that you wash the clothes with plain water for a rinse cycle but I found it to be rapidly and without delay to just throw the clothes in the bathtub and rinse while I was doing the next load in the machine. The only con of this machine is that the clothes are soaking wet when it comes out the machine which means you have to wring arid the clothes. Because I did 4 loads in one day, I got a little lazy wringing the clothes out and such a lot of of them took rather a while to arid dry 24 hours) but through research, I’ve found that the resolution for that is ordering a spun dryer (through laundry alternative/amazon) which extract over 90% of the water. If you don’t have one of those and/or you’re not planning on becoming one, just make sure you wring out the clothes as much as you cant

Overall, I am pleased with it is I’m tired of loading up huge bags into a taxi and heading to the laundrymat. I live in a little apartment so it fits my needs just fine. I can already tell that my life will be much posing no difficulty with this machine. If anyone’s fascinated in seeing how well it works, there are a couple youtube videos that show the panda machine in actions Once I receive the spun dryer, I’ll update the review to include how the two work together…but so far so good. I’m in regards to to do a couple more loads tonight.. and I’m kind of looking forward to it..which is a good thing. The Panda washer is cute, sturdy, and does the job. The blue, white, and black design goes absolutely with my bathroom decor so I’m happy.

My small condo does not have room for a washing machine and the laundry facility for the complex is too small for the number of appartments. I ended up doing such a lot of personal items by hand in among with mixed results. A friend suggested one of those appliances that look like an oversized blender which she utilized for her lingery and galore other small items. It seemed to work ok but it was rather small. When I researched it on the internet I came across this little gem and ordered it instead. I liked the bigger capacity and the drain made it requiring little effort to empty the water. The Panda does not have a spun cycle so I bought the table top spun dryer along with it is That was in regards to 6 months ago and I have not made a single trip to the laudramat since then.(I will have to go there for the flannell sheets, rugs, sofa slip covers, etc) It contains when it comes to a third of a normal sized load. Since the “cycles” can be updated depending on how soiled the items are I noticed that clothes are becoming visibly cleaner than with the “one wash fits all” of the commercial washing machines.I pre soak or pre wash stained items and double or triple rinse everything to remove detergent residue which dulls the colors and makes whites look gray after a while.

After such a good deal of trial and error I found the best way to do my laundry is to put a large plastic foot stool inside the bathtub bathtub an old towel or rubber mat beneath it to prevent scratches) and place the washer on top of it.It will have to sit securely, Use the hand shower to fill it and drain the water right into the tub when done. I ordinarily wring the clothes lightly by hand before and amid rinsings but you can use the spin dryer instead. After a final spin they are just damp and ready to hang to dry. From begin to complete it takes a little longer than the ordinary 30 minute cycle, but I don’t have to sit in a basement everlastingly waiting for a machine to become available and I can do other things around the appartment instead.

The Panda has made my life requiring little effort and has payed for itself galore times over. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I went directly to Sepgo.com to order this. It was ordered from Canada on Saturday and arrived last night; Wednesday to Michigan! On a scale of 5 it is at least a 10! Lightweight, easy to fill and remove the water, and am so surprised how much I could put in it! (Had previously bought the smaller version-sold it at what I compensated for it…she is happy-as I wanted a larger more prominent I have already done 7 loads which included one load for a friend and it was 6 weeks laundry! (Hate to go to laundry facility!)

I find it posing no difficulty to rinse the clothes in a basin and then replenish the water of the Panda with the rinse water. (Using an extractor-which extracts most of the water-the clothes are dry in hours! The extractor can be found on line!)

Pros:

Quality at an affordable price.

Lightweight, easy to fill and empty.

Can be done at one’s comfortableness in the kitchen or bathroom.

Cons:

Wish the color were a lighter blue as it would be posing no difficulty to see the water level. Don’t worry with regards to overloading with water for if you do, the “drain” hose will spill over.

Live in a Senior Housing, and those who have already seen it want one!

Item came today, couldn’t wait to use it, done 4 loads, works brilliant..just as described.

I’m more than pleased with the mini washer so ordered the dryer too.

Would definitely recommend this item for any individual who cant use a regular size washing machine!!

I give it 5 stars!!!

Since it was not available on Amazon I checked online and bought it from sepgo.com. They serve both US and Canada. It is on sale right now (Late October 2011) for CAD 79 and shipping with Canada Post was CAD 20. I obtained it today and it was better than I expected. The reviews of the former two humans had helped me. And they make more sense now. I ought to write another review after such a lot of months but it does not look like it will break soon since the visible materials are quite promising. Afterall this a a simple spinning motor, there is not much complicated about its I will wait and see but I looked for something like this for years, (being sick of using communal machines in the rental apartment buildings). Now I will receive pleasure from washing small items seperately.

I have done a load with 5 button down shirts, 2 pairs of socks, 3 pairs of underwear. Came out very clean. Next load was 2 pairs of jeans and a few socks. Came out great. I’ve continued to wash towels, and even a throw rug. It takes just a dash of detergent to wash a load, more than that and it will take for a limitless time to rinse out the soap. After washing, I drain, and refill and run it one to two more times to rinse out soap. A full load takes a half hour to wash and rinse with this method. The only gripe is the hose that seems to be meant to attach to a faucet is wholly useless – it wont remain in place on machine or faucet at all. I plan on buying a Faucet-to-Shower Converter, which is less than 10 bucks. Until then, I do have to tediously fill the washer with a pitcher.

I LOVE this machine. It’s light and is very easy to move around, and put up and away in my closet. The only reason to go to the laundry now is for blankets. If you have a small apartment, and/or hate the laundromat – you can’t beat the size, performance, convenience or price of this washer. It’s awesome.

I purchased this a a gift for my 87 year old mother who lives in a apartment that did not have a washer/dryer hook up. She was washing her small items by hand in the evening and going to the laundry mat every other week. When she received her Panda she tried it out right away and loves it! She places it on the kitchen counter by her sink to make it easy to fill and empty, now she washes all of her items in her Panda. She just wrings out the water and hangs them on a line in her bathroom, in the morning everything is dry. when she is not using it it’s light enough for her to pick it up and place it in the closet until next time. She only goes to the laundry mat now to wash blankets. Her comment is “My knuckles don’t harm any more from hand washing my items.” Well worth the $99!

I love this little thing it works amazingly good .It is powerful and no louder then a front load washer, ive done three loads so far,(1 towel shirt2hand towels socks3light blanket),and they came out clean. i was thinking about getting the wonderwasher but i have seen videos and they do not get that clean in this one they are clean i would highly recomend this and it came in underneath 3 days even tho shipping ses 7-12 days.i hope you buy this because they work very goodPanda Small Mini Portable Compact Washer Washing Machine 5.5lbs Capacity and do not forget the spin dryerMini Countertop Spin Dryer Clothes Spin Dryer Portable Clothes Dryer

Electrolux Ew30is65js Slide Self Clean Convection

This is just a review of the stove itself, I didn’t purchase it here.

If you’re looking for an induction stove, this is the in all probability the best looking and sleekest stove you may buy buy slide-in range configuration). I love the all black sleek look. The control panel only lights up when you basi touch the panel to “wake” it up. The stove top and control panel is all black accept for the clock which looks genuinely sleek. It has a power boil feature which boils a quart of water in 90 seconds (I tested it). All of the other thoughtful touches like ball bearing smooth gliding oven racks, built in temperature probe (for cooking turkeys), and soft fading oven light (after you shut the door – I acknowledge huge woop, but it looks cool), makes you wonder why no one else thought of these things. Most other stove oven’s have the racks still grinding versus the oven wall. The oven racks on the Electrolux (except for one rack) have the “luxury” glide racks which glide like nice cabinet drawers. Overall, I love this stove. I never thought I would be excessively affected emotionally when it comes to a stove.

The only problems I ran into with the stove was for the duration of installation.

There didn’t seem like an easy way to get the stove off the wood crate. My kitchen is comparatively little and there aren’t very a outstanding deal of places to grab the stove to lift it off the wood crate.

Most stores only trade 6′ 50 amp range cords. whether or not you buy this stove, I would commend looking for a 4′ 50 amp range cord because 6′ (plus the size of the wires for 50 amps) is very stiff. I had so such a outstanding deal of disturb becoming the stove pushed up versus the wall all the way no matter how much I tried to tie up with zip ties excess wire before pushing it back. Four feet 50 amp cords are a little harder to find so you may have to look around.

The back panel where the cord plugs in is flimsy. I’m guessing they don’t expect you to open and close the back panel very often. The back panel door which covers the nuts to connect the cord is merely a piece of sheet metal you bend (yes BEND) backwards to expose the nuts. whether or not you bend it back shut and then back open again, it’s noticeably looser. One more bend back and forth and it breaks off. So why was I opening and closing it so a lot of times, you ask? See the former paragraph. I originally bought a 6′ cord and had trouble getting the stove up versus the wall. So I had to swap out the cord for a shorter one.

If you’re on the fence regarding induction technology, read below:

Originally I had an old GE electric coil range and I wanted switch over to gas because of all the vantages vantages heat, and instant on/off (plus my wife hated electric). I came all over induction stove tops which I thought was intriguing.

Induction cooking:

Pros:

- Boils water (or heats anything) more prompt than any gas or reg electric stove.

- Smooth glass surface is easy to clean, in particular since it doesn’t get hot (only heat radiating back from cookware to stove).

- most likely safer with young kids since the surface doesn’t get hot (less chance of fires and burns).

- Stove only heats cookware when cookware is placed on the stove.

- Induction is 70% more effective than gas, and 20% more than reg electric (so they claim). I’m guessing that’s because all the heat goes straight to the cookware and the only wasted heat is the heat radiating off the cookware not going to your food. Think of it as microwave for your cookware. Microwaves heat the feed and not the cookware. Induction stoves, heats only the cookware. There’s no heat wasted coming off the side of an open flame or electric coil.

Cons:

- Need magnetic pans. So whether or not you have aluminum or copper bottom pot/pan, it won’t work. Test your cookware by using a magnet on the bottom. If the magnet sticks, it will work.

- Glass surface may scratch if you drag cookware across it or drop something on it.

Do searches for induction stove on youtube.com for demo of induction stoves.

I came very close to not purchasing this range due to the lack of reviews, new engineering and costly Now that I have it, I comprehend that would have been a mistakes I do remodels for a living and perpetually attempt to buy the best construction tools I cant This is a swell tool that will make you a better crafts-person.

So how fast is it you may ask. We have a very powerful microwave (remember I buy good tools). In a direct heat off the range wins the prize. It is more immediate than the microwave each time.

So is it better than gas you might ask. I believe it is. The response time is immediate whether your raising the heat or lowering its It has incremental heat controls for precision. Unlike gas, the cook-top is smooth and cleans easily. Also, I like the safety of electric over gas. I virtually put gas in which would have meant blowing holes in my basement ceiling then patching and repainting. I am glad I did not have to go there.

So is it genuinely better at cooking you might ask. We imagination ourselves as finelooking good cooks and we cook everyday. The original time I made a sauce, I retained calling my wife over because the sauce was coming out so amazing. I could not believe a good tool could make so much deviations Now every time I make a sauce or gravy I still get a thrill. I am not certain why there is such a big divergence but there is. I think it has to do with lag time. With this tool there is no lag time. When you turn the heat up/down the response is immediate. It is the divergence amongst driving a delivery van and a Mazaratti GT.

So how in regards to build quality you might ask. The build quality seems great. The ovens heat up very quickly, they maintain the right temperature, and they bake/cook evenly. The oven racks and bottom oven drawer glide without apparent effort rather than bumping along a rail and track. The electronics give me numerous choices with timed cooking, delay modes, sabbath modes, convection modes, and programed cooking saved into memory. Having said all that, I did take out the five year extended warranty. Remember, I was uneasy regarding this range. Although we have had it for three months and have had various dinner parties I probably would still take out the extended warranty yet I am the type of person that would rarely ever do so. I did read galore reviews where persons had numerous problems. That has not been my experience.

So would I buy this tool again you might ask. Come on now. Do you genuinely need to ask?

I have had the stove for a week now and it seems that the front of the stove is separating from the top. there is now a 1/4 to 1/2 inch space on both sides of the stove (where it meets the countertop). It has dropped so much I can’t open the drawers on either side of the stove.

I had the technician out here and he spent 2 hours attempting to repair. He called another technician who in truth owned the same stove and the technician/owner was experiencing the same problem and sent photos of his stove to assert the difficulties I went back to the showroom to look at the model – and this stove was beginning to do the same thing.

So far no word from the store or Electrolux with regards to what they are going to do with regards to this. Anybody else detect this issue?

We bought the range in Nov-2010 and installed it right after it was delivered. We necessitated such a heap of time to change to induction cooking but we got hooked within weeks. This is a great range with very good and useful options. Other reviews capture all the positives very well. Unfortunately 10 months after installation our range broke. All of the induction plates halted working. The ovens retained working fine. I contacted Electrolux, warranty was confirmed, I was given authorization number and two choices – Electrolux could schedule a mend visit for me or I could call one of the authoritative service suppliers myself. I chose to call myself and from that point things went south. The original technician stated that he was busy with a client and would call me back. Never did. The second place that I called asked for all the details, took authorization number and scheduled technician’s visit. On the day of the visit I called to affirm the scheduled visit only to learn that nobody would show up since they did not have the parts. They promised to call as soon as the elements arrive. Never did. The third technician that I called actually did call back, ordered the parts, scheduled a visit when the constituents arrived, and showed up. Took the range apart, found that the elements listed by the manual as potentially damaged according to the error code displayed by the range were fine, and found the problem on another board that he did not have. Asked for my permission to leave the range disassembled (I agreed) and then told me to call after a week to check if the portion arrived. Now I was without induction cooktop and without working oven. I called Electrolux asking for assist to accelerate the repair and found out that they cant do anything. Could not even ship the necessitated portion since the portion has to be ordered through the local supply chains. After a week I called the technician, found out that the share arrived, scheduled another visit several days later and the technician showed up as promised. He worked very hard for regarding two hours, most of that time on the phone with Electrolux (similar to his basi initial Finished the job, decided that the range works fine and left. A few hours later my wife ran into that the controls for two of the four induction plates were switched. Other than that the range worked fine, as the technician stated. I contacted the technician and he made it rather clear that he had no aim to rectify the swapped controls. All together it took with regards to 4 weeks to get the range repaired and that experience made it clear to me that Electrolux does not provide much of service at all, not to mention that a number of their authorized service humans are not mesmerized in offering any service. There is no question that below these conditions any extended service contract from Electrolux is a waste of money, time and sanity.

In summary, good range when it works, horrible service, technicians not fascinated in doing warranty repairs (with one exception), repair mistakes that nobody is willing to correct, and Electrolux not helping. The range – five stars, the service, less than zero.

I have had a great deal of repairs and a full-replacement of this induction range in the past year. Now the second appliance is having some of the same issues as the primary one and is in the midst of repairs. The electronics/computers that run this attractive range seem to be unreliable. Electrolux has been rather responsive, but out of the past 52 weeks, I have had an unusable range for 12 of those and counting. So, non-working 25% of the time.

Issues aside, this induction range is nice (when it works!) – it’s beautiful, sleek, contemporary. The induction cooktop is a extremely pleasing cook surface with hot hots and low lows. The oven is great too (love the cobalt blue interior) and small lower oven is a finish bonus. When this thing works…I love it.

The trick is to get one that works and keeps on working! I guess the best counsel is to be sure to get the extended warranty.

The former reviews capture the masters well. That’s why we purchased it in the first place…fast cooking. Our main reason was safety since our young ones would attempt to touch the burners on previous stoves.

We bought ours in Nov 2010. Soon, maybe within weeks, we started noticing one of the plates would turn off for no reason. Since others were working we kept going on. It has become more and more undependable ever since. Now, it is basically usable to the point that you can make eggs and stuff and not one thing that needs prolonged cooking.

Fortunately, we thought, we had purchased the extended warranty from Sears. Both Sears and Electrolux have been giving us a run around despite the extended warranty. We are frustrated beyond belief. So many times have we asked for favors to fetch some feed from relatives and have had to call in take-outs that it’s not even funny anymore.

I don’t recognise how other induction stoves compare from other makers but a sincere counsel to remain away from this one.

We purchased this range in spite of a few bad reviews because we wanted induction and we liked the quality of Electrolux. There was only a Kenmore slide-in induction and a Frigidare, I believe, at the time we purchased this range. We couldn’t be more pleased with this range. The induction is fantastic. Super fast heating, cool cooktop so it cleans easily, doesn’t burn feed on the top, and the control is superb. It is really true, that induction has the power of electric and the control of gas. Gas is more work to clean, if you are a cleanie like me, and you have heat loss around the sides of the pots. Electric is slow to respond. The Electrolux oven is beautiful, works great like any oven except it has fantasti gliding ball-bearing racks like the higher end commercial ovens. The lower oven is fantastic too, heating up to 450 deg. The installation wasn’t super easy, we had to lower our outlet and we had to shim up the range as our cabinets are more or less taller than standard, but it looks beautiful with a flange over the granite. I can imagine a conventional wok wouldn’t work with induction because the heat is only on the bottom where the metal pot touches the cooktop; it doesn’t lick up the sides like gas. You would need to switch to a 12″ fry pan for stir-fry, I think. The control panel is super cool. A great purchased Worth the extra for induction. And worth getting new pots and pans (they have to be ferromagnetic). Can’t recommend more highly.

Haier Hum013ea 7 Cubic Foot Compact Space Saver

I necessitated a little freezer for storing excess frozen blueberries from a bulk buy so after researching different makes and models, I in the long run decided to purchase the Haier mini-freezer from Amazon. Amazon offered free shipping and the price of the unit was $20 cheaper than my local walmart and target. It was very good customer service for Fedex sending two laborers to deliver the mini-freezer so it arrived in magnificent condition even altho the way the mini-freezer was packaged from Haier was the worst I’ve ever encountered. There was utterly no foam or packing material to protect the unit and after cutting one plastic strap the card board box fell apart.

After inspecting the unit for damage, I found one small dent near the top-right of the freezer door (See the images that I’ve posted above). I proceeded to follow the instruction booklet and plugged it in. I filled the mini-ice tray (Included with the unit) with water and left it in the freezer. Two hours later I checked to make sure the unit was still working and noticed the water had already frozen so now I have mini-ice cubes ^_^

I thought it would be helpful to include the mini-freezers interior measurements for usable space: I’ve measured the freezers interior top half at 15 inches broad with a depth of 12 inches, while under the removable wire shelf the bottom half measures 15 inches broad with a depth of only 7 inches (Usable space is lost due to the units motor).

Pros-

The unit is very quiet.

It looks nice and the handle is built into the top of the door.

The hinge can be moved to the opposite side depending on which way you prefer the door to open.

It has a switch in the back which allows temperature adjustment from 1-7 (I have it set on 4).

It has a removable wire rack inside the freezer.

Cons-

Some of the space in the lower division of the freezer is lost to the units motor.

I’m very happy so far with my purchase and recommend this mini-freezer to anybody that needs a small further and added freezer space, but keep in mind there is a high percentage peril it will arrive with a dent >_<.

This is a nice small freezer, but as with the other reviewers, it arrived damaged. It has a crease-like dent on the right side where it will not be seen, but if it was packaged a small better, that could be avoided. So far it runs fine and is very quiet. Being as I have very small extra room in my kitchen, this will serve my needs for extra freezer space to be competent to take advantage of sales. I took away one star for the packaging.

I purchased this item for camping, as we can never keep anything cold for the ten days we go. It’s nice and small, contains alot of food, it got so cold that we had to leave the ice cream out for a bit to get a spoon into its It would be a swell item for the house to buy feed in bulk, it did not freeze up inside or cause any cold burns on food. I would buy this item again, good price with Amazon.com in regards to $140.00 cheaper than going local.

This small freezer is precisely the right size and shape for my needs. When I unpacked it there was a remarkable lack of padding with only a thin layer of bubble wrap partially around its Sure sufficient there was a huge dent in the center of the door. Everything seems to work fine and the door fits tightly so I will not go to the work and expense of sending it back but humans will have to recognise the probabilities of shipping harm are very high.

We got this freezer to use when we go on fishing trips to freeze our fish. We love our little freezer! It works outstanding is somewhat light weight and very quiet. You can hardly hear it running when it is on. This wa a good buy. would highly recommend this freezer.

Just what I necessitated bit more space to freeze things). contains more than I expected.

Amazon packed it very well. Haier needs better packaging. Dent in side panel on bottom back

which does not effect operation. This was there before Amazon packed it for shipping and

they couldn’t have seen it.

I am pleased with the quantity of time for deliverance as I have constantly been with Amazon.

I am presently in college and I opted out of the meal plan this year. With no meal plan, I knew I would need a freezer to keep m groceries from going bad. I purchased this on a Sunday and it was delivered to my dorm by that Tuesday!!! The freezer is to the full or entire extent silent, and more spectacular than I thought it would be! For only being 1.3 cu, it’s huge! I am so glad I bought this!

Absolutely love this freezer. Received it within one week of ordering it and it arrived in perfective condition. It is very quiet and is just the right size for what I necessitated it for. I’m a family of 5 and needed a little extra freezer space for items I buy at Sam’s Club. Would unquestionably recommend this product!

We are very happy with this freezer. It is the perfective size to fit on the counter in my mom’s kitchenette. She had a mini refridgerator, but was unable to keep ice cream, even the little ice cream bars in its She loves ice cream and having a freezer to keep it in is wonderful. This freezer holds 6 to 8 half gallon size containers – perfect! I had noticed such a heap of concern in regards to packaging and dents in other reviews. Ours arrived in perfective shape and it is working very well. Now mom doesn’t have to be disappointed when they don’t have ice cream for desert.

This is a perfective merchandise It is very quiet as others have stated, and gets very cold. I did not detect a small dent like others have before me. It is bigger than expected! Packaging was well put together.

Graco Snugride Infant Seat Ally

This is our second Graco snugride– we were happy with our basi one and necessitated a second. I thought a snugride was a snugride, but boy was I wrong. Our basi snugride had a handy belt adjustment device in the front by the crotch strap, so you could loosen and tighten the belts as needed. This model does not have that feature. Instead, the tightening device is on the BACK of the seat, and it is not easy to use at all. You with regard to fundamentals have to manually thread the straps through a small ring– totall PIA. And since it is on the back, its not at all easy to access once you have the seat in the car. Not having the belt tightener in the front is fundamentally a disincentive to use the straps at the proper tension– a terrible and unsafe feature. I wish I had not bought this seat, or at the very least wish I had checked that this seat had that adaptable feature in the front like my old snugride. Hopefully by reviewing it here I will save an individual else from making the same mistakes

We had an older version of this style of seat and needed to replace it for our second child. We purchased this one as it looked nice and was virtually identical to our old seat which we loved. The initial time we went to load up the new baby we noticed that once the straps are tightened the release mechanism is on the rear of the seat, we were utilized to having it at the front – this was our fault for missing this. We returned this specifi seat and bought the mickey mouse version (the only one amazon had with front release strap and applied the same snugride base).

Good product in terms of the seat, just a bummer that the release is on the rear, makes it much harder to get the child out. Maybe it was just that we were applied to the front strap released

I love the print of the carseat and it works just as well as any other grace infant carseat I’ve employed with one exclusions The buckles require such a heap of finesse and getting used venomous They don’t click in without a small exercises whether or not you let a person else take your baby I would suggest showing them how to buckle it a couple times before.

This is the worst car seat ever! You have to adjust the straps from the BACK!!! And it is very difficult, at that! So, when your baby happens to be wearing a thick sweater, you’d better have time to futz around with this. I am looking to buy another one- wish I’d spent the extra 20 bucks and bought a decent one in the first place. Live n’ learn.

There were such good reviews on this and it had all the features that I was looking for or supposed to look for. But what wasn’t cited anywhere is that the padding is minimal. Haven’t found any safe or legit resolution to that because most are not safety crash tested by the car seat company. If you like cush for your little one’s tush then you shd go for SnugRide 32 or 35 & if you want to go outside of Graco then go for Chico Keyfit. The Graco website does have a good features comparison amidst their offerings. And like I said, this has each feature that I wanted but for the padding.

I looked and looked for a car seat with dots, and I finaly found one. At the time I did not need a stroller, so I just got the car seat. It is a swell pruduct to have,as well as its beautiful look. My daughter loves it, its light weight, easy to take detached when you need to wash it is I realy take delight in this pruduct.

Exactly what I expected and endearing to boot! This was purchased to replace my Graco car seat that was in a car accident and I was worried with regards to it fitting the stroller and extra bases I have. But Graco was on top of it is It fits all the old bases and it fits in my Graco stroller. Perfect! The design is outstanding and I love the Mickey. It is much cuter in person! Very happy with bought

I was so disappointed in the fabric of this car seat that we returned it immediately. It was so loud and scratchy and may only be described as genuinely cheap and synthetic. I can’t imagine a baby ever falling asleep in this chair without apparent effort – I imagine it to be like going to sleep in crumpled paper! Pity though, cause the design of the fabric and the colors are cute.

We bought this seat to replace our old snugride which had expired. Little did we recognise they removed the front tightening strap and replaced it with a new rear mechanism. You need to reach to the back of the seat to both tighten and loosen the straps each time you use it is This is a major ache and had we known it was like this, we would have gladly spent the extra money to get a dissimilar model. On a positive note, the fabric is very cute.

California Baby 515 4 Calendula Cream

Reformulation on California Baby Calendula Cream Be Aware: In the old formulation, water and calendula were the initial two ingredients — the new formula Calendula is the 8TH INGREDIENT – water, caprylic capric triglyceride, cetyl alcohol, stearic acid, glycerin USP, cetearyl olivate and sorbitan olivate, canola oil and FINALLY Calendula! This formulation is much less expensively for the company and yet they still charge an avg. of $5 an ounce!! I’m gorgeous outraged — whether or not you use California Baby please let them acknowledge how you feel when it comes to this alter in formulation and look to make sure the productions YOU use haven’t in addition been reformulated. —- Please note that my son who has serious eczema utilized to have NO skin reaction to the old formula and now he has pain on application and redness in his skin for up to an hour after it’s applied.

I as well want to note that it wasn’t until my son started reacting to it that I even equated the labels — no notification of reformulation on the new containers at all — fully unethical — so very disappointed.

Let me begin off by saying we LOVED this cream when it was the old formulation, as the review “safeathome” said this new formula is horrible. The new formula smells bad, Calendula isn’t even one of the top ingredients and now they added a bunch of chemicals to the new formula that we are not ok with. When I purchased the new formula I was excited to undertake it out until I read the ingredients label. Luckily I did not utilize any to my toddler’s skin. I tried it out on my face numerous times and it started to sting actually badly, and I have never had sensible skin. It makes me trouble that companies have to alter formulas and destruct a perfectly good productions Also I do not like the fact that the possessor of the company never came out and stated the formula change, only simply stating that the labels have changed. We will not be buying anything else from this company, so disappointed.

I no longer like California baby calendula cream. Their formula now is completely inefficient and smells yucky. It seems like the second time they changed it from the summer of 2009, when we started using it first. But it was still okay, just not as great, for a while. Now it’s just useless and gross. It has not caused an adverse reaction, like it did for some, but I will no longer use it on my child. Nor am I planning on buying other CB brand products. I don’t trust them anymore. They never announce changes in formula and quality keeps going downhill. I am looking for a substitute for calendula cream.

First of all, this is the only cream I’ve found that assists my daughter with her arid skin. I’m the kind of mom who likes to stick to natural products, and who tries to stay clear from certain ingredients found in most mercantile skin creams.

Just before I swapped to this, I was using a regular lotion commended by my pediatrician (Eucerin). After my daughter scratched her knees up (she was just learning to walk, and chose to experiment on a gravel driveway), the Eucerin made her wounds burn. With this cream I don’t have to worry in regards to such things. It’s gentle and cooling. It doesn’t burn when applied to wounds; it heals.

But if you purchase it, go for the 2 oz. buy two 2 oz jars. Don’t go for the 4 oz or you’re wasting money.

I purchased the 4 oz because I love this cream and use it daily. When I cleaned the jar and removed the label to reuse the jar, I was astonished to see that there were really two containers in there, one inserted into the other. The smaller one in truth containing the cream was somewhat more prominent than the 2 oz container. It was resting inside the 4 oz container with a spacer in between. Take the label off your product and look to see if this is unfeigned in your case.

Great cream, but deceptive packaging.

This cream utilized to be wonderful….but CB reformulated and the new product is awful. It seemed to aggravate my child’s skin and left a horrible chemical smell. Why CB did you mess with something that wasn’t broken? The Calming line has also been altered.

I mean that literally it smells RANCID! It does not one thing for my babies eczema and she cries when I put it on her.And it utilized to be the ONLY cream that would touch her skin! I loved it! At firstborn I thought I got so many bootleg version then I read all in regards to the formula changes and the condescending remarks California baby is replying with on their Facebook page! I’m done with them they have lost a customer!

I love calendula and like the brand’s sun block so I was excited to undertake this. Despite the label that it is for sensitive skin it actually stung like crazy. I couldn’t really use it on my face as I was hoping venomous The consistency is nice but feels a small thin, not creamy; perhaps that is percentage of the troubles I would not purchase this again.

I bought this product to aid clear up a mystery rash that occurred on my seven week old daughter’s lower legs. The pediatrician looked at it and determined it was just clogged pores as a result of dry skin, and since it didn’t bother the baby, it wasn’t something to worry about. But it disturbed merit The area was raised and nearly pimply, but the bumps didn’t have noticeable pus heads. It was like she had goose flesh/bumps that wouldn’t go away. I tried just using the California Baby Everyday lotion a few times a day, but it alone didn’t seem to clear it up. So I gave her a bath, lightly washing the area with a washcloth and using the California Baby Body Wash and slathered on the Calendula Cream after she was dry. I reapplied the cream twice a day for two days and then gave her another bath on the third day and reapplied the cream. By the fourth day the rash was gone. I also utilized this cream for my badly dry nose that I got as a result of a head cold and it was wonderfully soothing and cured my cracked skin. I plan to buy another jar just for my employed

Earth Products Jamboree Military Folding

I ordered this item because the price and the bonus pouches that come with the cot. It was delivered only a day later in time for our outing this weekend. It is light weight and well built. No loose parts.

This cot is all that I prevised and more. It’s comfortable and strong, and being competent to modify the tension of the fabric is a huge plus.

Cot is a swell cot. Just like one you would use in the army. Built the same, very sturdy and includes the side bags for storage which is what sold me on this specific cot. The only reason I gave it four stars is that they didn’t ship everything right away. I recieved the cot part of the order with regards to a week after I ordered it is When I opened the cot to check it out the side bags and pillow was missing. In it’s place there was a letter saying it was back ordered and I must recieve it in three weeks. I waited the three weeks and nothing came. I then contacted the company by phone and recieved no reply. A few days later I e-mailed the customer service rep. Rory responded speedily and in a professional manner and a week later I had the missing items. The item is good I just wasn’t happy with how long it took to get it is

I’ve utilized this cot on two camping trips. It was bought to replace an air mattress. The cat is sturdy and was warmer to sleep on than the air mattress (did not have to worry in regards to it deflating in cold weather – 15deg). This would also be handy for unexpected guests that might come by (adult or child).

The side storage bags come in handy for flash lights and other little items.

I would definitely commend this for the casual camper.

Excellent products I’ve looked at various others in all the large box stores and nothing compares to this quality, exceptionally for this costly Soon as I obtained them I set one up to try it out. Two hours later (middle of day) I woke up. Nuff said. Very comfortable and sets up in fewer than a minute. Don’t get too wrapped up in the comments with regards to the cross bar being hard to collected The second one is a little bit tough, but its also the force of the cot. The storage bags are great for holding small stuff off floor and keeping those “things” you want close by in the middle of the night. Quit buying goods and just place the order. You will not be sorry. I have assorted friends that have looked at mine and will be buying same.

My son in law says that sleeping on a cot is better than a blow up bed. So here we go. I have not tried it yet.
